Bikrimart.Com does not entertain or encourage frequent order alteration, but, if it becomes imperative to either cancel or alter the order, kindly do so in consultation with the Bikrimart.Com customer service team.

Bikrimart does have the business ethics to honour the buyer’s sensibilities, but, frequent cancellation or alteration of order from any particular customer will lead to permanent or temporary black-listing of the offending buyer.

As Bikrimart provides the cash on delivery service, discrepancy if any, regarding the quality/quantity/cash balance refunds etc. should be on a mutually acceptable conditions or you can simply take your grievance to your nearest Bikrimart Vendor retail store.
